RACHEL REICHENBACH

Board Member

Rachel is the Senior Director of Strategy, Learning, and Impact at Humanity United where she advises on developing strategies, testing what works, and adapting to the changing ecosystem. She is guided by her values of shared humanity and curiosity, as well as a commitment to create the conditions for a just, inclusive, and sustainable world. Previously, she was a director at Arabella Advisors, where she partnered with clients committed to solving complex international problems and addressing human rights violations. Prior to joining Arabella, Rachel was a senior program officer at the Global Philanthropy Forum and a director at Nest. She is an advisory board member of the Global Fund Advocacy Project at the New Venture Fund. Rachel holds a PhD in development sociology from Cornell University.
